This partnership forms part of the ongoing South Africa and Nations Arts and Travel Initiative—a program designed to strengthen collaboration among creative communities of the Global South. Anchored in Alexandra, Johannesburg and Santo Domingo, Ecuador, the initiative connects artists, educators, and township-based cultural entrepreneurs through art, hospitality, and community storytelling.

Each exchange redefines what international collaboration looks like. It’s not merely symbolic—it’s structural.
